My elegant bride Shubhi tied the knot with her husband in the beautiful Bird Valley hotel at Pune. She told me that I was referred to her for a marriage makeup by a dear friend who had already seen my work. As the general practice, we met to discuss her wedding looks, hairstyles, jewelry, and marriage makeup.

She showed me her pastel pink lehenga, and Oh My God! I was already in love with it! What a divine lehenga! I could not help but suggest she wear AD jewelry, that too rose gold. And when she got the rose gold jewelry set, I could already imagine her waving her hands as a bride taking the classic entry.

Shubhi wanted subtle marriage makeup, and as her eyes are all beautiful, we decided to focus on her eyes. On the wedding day, I got her all dolled up in liquid, frosty eyeshadow and painted some shine on her eyes.

Some brides prefer their wedding looks completely different from each other, they want each look to be crafted separately and offer a lot of time for marriage makeup and hair preparations. And then comes Shubhi, who provided me with nearly no time in between her two looks. They were going to have an engagement first and barely had 15 minutes to get ready before starting with the Vidhi ceremony again.

It was nearly impossible to change the entire look in such a tiny period of time, however, I suggested to her that we only change the hairstyle, which also can create a huge difference in the look. She trusted me with this, her hairstyle was changed from an open hair look to a bun with a power-packed touch-up. I think it was very challenging, but I managed to transform her from a princess to a mature woman ready for her endeavors with her husband.
