Gargi

I created 3 looks for Gargi, her mehndi look, DJ Night look, and Haldi look. However, the fun part is that we did not meet to discuss her makeup or hair, she had seen my work at Aishwarya’s wedding and she had complete faith in me. She had just told me that she wanted completely different looks for all three ceremonies.

Gargi has big, nice, and expressive eyes. We decided to make that the primary focus and kept no stone unturned for her bridal eye makeup. I gave her deep smokey eyes and as expected it became the highlight of the evening. Also, as she always loved, we gave her open curls to create a look of a princess getting ready for her prince. As you can see in the pictures, she looked absolutely stunning with flowers and butterflies on her open curls.

DJ night was a little late at night and caught up in all functions and ceremonies, Gargi had little time to get ready for the party. However, Gargi was extremely delighted with the makeover I gave her, totally different from her classic mehndi and haldi looks. She was about to wear a stunning off-shoulder one piece, and then, what could suit her more than the bold party red lips to go with it? A high ponytail with curls and bridal eye makeup with black smokey eyes with glitter were there to accompany this extraordinary look.

However, for Haldi, she wanted to keep it a bit natural, so we did not opt for much eye makeup. She just went on the stage with eyeliner, lipstick, and basic bridal eye makeup . I did not stop myself from giving her the authentic braids, as it also enhanced the simple and natural look she wanted to have. What a fulfilling wedding it was!
